Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your ClubPur merchandise but understand that this may not happen occasionally. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to issue a return within the allotted time period.

Please note, merchandise purchased on can be returned to ClubPur for a refund. Merchandise purchased in a pro shop, retailer or elsewhere must be returned to the original point of purchase but we do not set vendor's return polices.

Merchandise purchased on must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition in order to receive a refund - merchandise will be examined and/or tested upon receipt. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a copy of the original invoice. The original purchase price, less shipping cost, will be credited to the original form of payment - no exceptions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the items. All returns should be shipped via insured and traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. All returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise noted.



Unfortunately we are unable to accept and process exchanges at this time. You will have to place a new order and submit a return request for any unwanted items.
